The Louisiana Fire SC Competitive Soccer Program is for the committed soccer player who aspires to play the beautiful game at it's most competitive levels.

 

Competitive players are placed on teams through an evaluation process with criteria for selection being based on technical ability, tactical awareness, athletic ability, and mental toughness.

 

Players are placed on teams through an evaluation process over the summer or at any time available to a player throughout the course of a season. Each age group will have multiple teams with varying levels of participating competition, travel requirements, and training commitment.

 

Our goal is for each player, no matter the skill level, to be placed on a team that fits his or her ability level and competitive aspirations.

Competitive Teams compete at the local, state and select regional/national levels requiring a commitment to training, games, and tournaments. The program is year round with 2 seasons, one in Fall and one in Spring.

Competitive players have the opportunity to be identified by developmental academies like Chicago Fire Juniors Academy, Houston Dash, and Lonestar FC through our coaching relationships and partnerships. Players also have opportunities to play in front of college coaches at our ID camps and Regional Showcase Tournaments.

 

Periodically, competitive players also have the opportunity to travel abroad to England for training and games with and against English league Academy teams as well as see the sights like professional stadium tours and even catch an EPL or Championship League match.
