OUR MOTTO
Ignis Aurum Probat, or “Fire is the Test of Gold” stands for the Latin phrase used when someone’s character is being “refined” by adversity.
OUR NAME
We continue as Louisiana Fire, a regional and nationally recognized name in youth soccer. We are named for the state of Louisiana because our club continues to attract players from all over Jefferson Parish, Orleans Parish, St. Tammany Parish, and other parishes all over the state.
THE X
The four points of the X signifies the Four Founding Clubs who came together centered in focus on promoting youth soccer. The X was a common mark on houses impacted by the devastating effects of Hurricane Katrina in 2005, a major factor in the clubs coming together to serve to Greater New Orleans Soccer Community
THE FLEUR DE LIS
The Fleur De Lis signifies the city of New Orleans and the surrounding areas. Our Fleur De Lis is custom, marked with a flame at the top and a soccer ball pentagon at the bottom.

THE GOLD SHIELD
Our new shield signifies the strength of our community coming together with the common purpose to promote youth soccer. Gold has been added to our color set as reflected in our motto.
